Hello, I was wondering if you knew the source of the image used in your "The most massive vaporware megastructure of ‘em all." post. I'm interested in using it as an album/mixtape cover but I'd hate to do so without at least attempting to get permission from the source. Any help is appreciated, and thank you for posting it!
It’s actually not my artwork but ripped off somewhere at http://www.paleofuture.com/ but I guess nobody will ever know about that if your mixtape won’t sell like tens of thousands. Though, as a precaution it’d be wise at least to edit it using a few Photoshop filters :)
EDIT: re-read your question and you didn’t even imply that I would be the author. Here’s the original source: http://www.paleofuture.com/blog/2009/5/5/toroidal-space-colony-of-the-future-1982.html – Disney® = use at your own risk and prepare to switch to another cover, but if your mixtape stays underground, I guess it’ll be harmless and you won’t get sued… just never let Disney lawyers know about it!
